September 7, 2010 Religion and Public Health Seminar (participants only)
Religion and Public Health Seminar (participants only) The Religion and Public Health Collaborative joins Emory’s strong researchers and scholars in public health, theology, religious studies, nursing, medicine, and the social sciences to engage in dialogue on the intersections of religion and public health. The 2010-2011 seminar will take a more formal structure. Participants will collaborate on chapters for an edited volume on religion as a social determinant of health. Continuing and new participants will draft and present manuscripts for discussion. Faculty are also welcome to participate simply as discussants. Plans for the volume are already underway but new ideas are welcome.
