Administrative Consultations

Administrative consultations at CFDE work closely and in a complementary way with the curriculum of the Academic Leadership Program as well as the programs available in Human Resources. As a faculty development center, we are focused solely on administrative challenges distinct to faculty: how can faculty be effective as institution builders even as they maintain roles as researchers and teachers? We will work confidentially one-on-one with individuals who are interested in developing reading and conversation and a set of strategies in dealing with specific administrative challenges.

This program is in “pilot” stage and will be accepting only one or two candidates for AY 2009-10.
